You Deserve/Breaking Through Barriers

An important component of health lies between our ears.  How we think about any situation sets up the pathway that we must then walk.  Time and time again we hear amazing stories of people who endured enormous hardship only to rise above it and discover a deepening experience of life.  This will never be understood by our logic however when we deliberately steer ourselves to look beyond our circumstances; we rise above.

Our lives are an expression of what we are chronically thinking about.  When we change the thought habits we can reset the course in a more enjoyable direction.

We go from victim to master in life, with this new biology.

Your body responds to the way you think, feel and act. This is often called the “mind/body connection.” When you are stressed, anxious or upset, your body tries to tell you that something isn’t right.  Poor emotional health can weaken your body's immune system, making you more likely to get sick.

Understanding these inner messages from your body acts like an internal guidance system wanting to bring you back to a state of wellness.

Our bodies communicate to us clearly and specifically, if we are willing to listen.       ~Shakti Gawain,
